Have you been experiencing elevated levels or stress? Trouble separating your stress from work and your home life? This group will allow a safe space to process some of your stressors with others going through a similar situation. This group will review stress management strategies. You will walk away from this group with tools too utilize to create a more healthy work/life balance. 5 week group program ($500 for entire group package)
